We embrace our students’ individual interests and talents, offering a variety of optional clubs, social activities, and trips that enrich their college experience.

Clubs and societies

Outside of lessons, students with shared passions can come together at college-organised clubs and societies that range from poetry and biology to team sports and Student Council. Looking for something different? The possibilities are endless! We can help you set up your own activity – or find a local club that’s right for you.

Social events

We organise several social events throughout the year, from cultural celebrations and fundraising drives to film screenings. You’ll enjoy an informal welcome party at the start of each year, a Christmas get-together, and a spring punting and picnic day, too. Our Summer Ball ends the academic year in style.

Both day and boarding students have the time and freedom to discover the vibrant cultural experiences on offer in Oxford. Our compact city is home to world-class museums and galleries, several theatres and music venues, and an outstanding range of cafés, restaurants, and food markets.

Trips

There’s so much to see and do around Oxford – and beyond. Our boarders enjoy weekends packed with activities, whether it’s hopping on the train to London, going for a walk in the countryside, or riding a rollercoaster at Thorpe Park. We also offer the Nord Anglia Education expedition to Les Martinets in Switzerland, where students take on physical challenges and work as a team.

  • Do you offer boarding?

    Yes, we offer boarding in three comfortable houses, each of which is within walking distance of our main college site. Our accommodation is staffed by a wonderful team of highly skilled house parents, who provide the care and individual support each student needs to thrive. Find out more about boarding with us.

  • What size are your classes? 

    The college is known for its small group, tutorial-style approach to teaching. In classes averaging just six – and with a teacher-student ratio of 1 to 4 –you’ll receive expert academic instruction and unwavering personal support. Our classes are informal and interactive environments,too, where ideas, creativity, and individuality flourish.

  • Which universities do your students go to?

    Our students’ outstanding success takes them to some of the world’s top universities. Destinations include the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London.

  • What nationalities are represented at the college?

    Our culturally diverse, truly international community is home to students from more than 35 countries.

  • What is the college’s timetable?

    Classes run between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Every student’s day is different, depending on the academic programme being followed and subjects studied.
