Pre-A-Level Programmes at Oxford Sixth Form College

Our Pre-A-Level Programmes comprehensively prepare students for A-Level or BTEC study in the UK. Students gain experience studying a range of subjects while improving their English language and skills. Both experience-focused programmes also involve taster sessions for all students.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

OUR PRE-A-Level programmes

Our Pre-A-Level Programmes comprehensively prepare students for A-Level or BTEC study in the UK. Students gain experience studying a range of subjects while improving their English language and skills. Both experienced-focused programmes also involve taster sessions for all students.

Within a stimulating weekly programme, including our Super-Curricular Programme and Extra-Curricular Activities, students also develop and extend their creative and interpersonal skills.

We also have a vibrant social programme making extensive use of the many facilities within the city and the University of Oxford.

Pre-A-Level Programme

Our Pre-A-Level Programme starts in either September or January and students will have lessons in a range of subjects.

At Oxford Sixth Form College our small classes allow the teacher to attend to individual needs, meaning that those on the Pre-A-Level Programme will receive a personalised experience while improving their English language and skills.

Advanced Pre-A-Level Programme

Specifically aimed at international students with a more advanced level of academic English, the Advanced Pre-A-Level Programme is designed to further improve students' academic English skills in preparation for A-Level or BTEC study in the UK.

As with the Pre-A-Level Programme, students will also have lessons in a range of subjects, with small classes to allow the same personalised experience during their time with us.
