2020 BTEC Results

We are delighted to share with you our 2020 BTEC Business results, once again demonstrating the high performance of our students, which has increased consistently over the past few years.

• 95% of students overall achieved Distinction or Distinction*, equivalent to A or A* at A-Level


• 77% of students achieved Distinction*, equivalent to A* at A-Level


• 100% of students studying the Diploma achieved at least Distinction (A at A-Level)


• 100% of students studying the Extended Diploma achieved at least Distinction (A at A-Level)

As with all Level 3 qualifications in 2020, these were Centre Assessment Grades which were awarded by Oxford Sixth Form College, then submitted to the Pearson Edexcel for official confirmation; we are pleased to report that none of our submitted grades was altered.

University Destinations
Our students are currently accepting their places at their chosen universities and so far we can confirm some fantastic institutions such as University of Bristol, University of Exeter and the University of Leeds. We will continue to update this page as more places are confirmed, so watch this space!

 

These outstanding results and destinations are a testament to the hard work and commitment of our students with the support of our staff. Like all our students, they have overcome all the obstacles that this year has thrown at them, not least having to move to online lessons halfway through the course!
