Admissions Assistant

We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent contract Admissions Assistant to contribute to the provision of excellent service standards internally and externally through the College’s admission team.

The successful candidate will have strong organisation skills. Excellent ICT, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, are also essential.

A knowledge of GCSE, A level and BTEC programmes and experience within the education sector is an advantage but not essential.

Director of Admissions

We are looking to recruit a Director of Admissions to ensure excellent service standards internally and externally through the College’s admissions team and deliver growth in the volume, diversity and quality of U.K. and international students at Oxford Sixth Form College.

The successful applicant will have a high level of expertise in GCSE, A level and BTEC programmes with the ability to advise and guide U.K. and international students applying to study at the College; experience of building networks and strong relationships within the education sector and experience of successfully line managing admissions teams.

Residential Managers & Deans Required for our Easter Revision Course

We are looking to recruit a Residential Manager, an Assistant Residential Manager and three Residential Deans to support the students and staff on our intensive Easter Revision Course. The Residential team will assist with all aspects of the programme and accommodation, including helping with arrivals, departures, office duties and the overnight rota to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. These are residential roles staying at our student accommodation in the city centre. We ask that you are able to commit to both weeks, Monday 8th April – Thursday 18th April 2019, and we offer excellent rates of pay.

Experienced A Level, Pre U and GCSE Tutors Required

We are seeking experienced A Level, Pre U and GCSE tutors in all subject areas to teach on our intensive Easter Revision Course. The ability to teach different exam board specifications is an advantage, although not a necessity.

The course commences on Monday 8th April until Thursday 18th April 2019. Please see below:

Week 1 – Monday 8th April – Friday 12th April

Week 2 – Sunday 14th April – Thursday 18th April

The hours per week vary. Please see below:

Individual A Level tuition equates to 10.5 hours per week

A level group classes equate to 19.5 hours per week

GCSE Maths & English equate to 12 hours

GCSE Science equates to 24 hours per week

We ask that you are able to commit to a full week of tuition plus tests and reports. You can teach both weeks if you would like too.
