Head of House
We are looking to recruit a full time permanent, Head of House to work closely with and support the Director of Boarding in the delivery and development of the College’s boarding provision.
The successful candidate will have a very strong pastoral ethos and commitment to the care and welfare of young people.
Excellent ICT, organisational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, are also essential.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a boarding role is essential, as is an understanding of National Boarding Minimum Standards (NMBS) and experience of organising and managing student activities, trips and events.

Please note that this post does not include the provision of accommodation within a boarding house; it is a ‘live-out’ position.
The post holder will work 3 days on and 2 days off, 8.00 am to 8.00 pm with 2 hours of unpaid breaks within each day, although precise working hours are flexible depending on the job requirement and workload. This position also includes alternate weekends off as well as days off in lieu.
A salary of up to £39,462 p.a.is available.
