Safety and Social Distancing measures
In order to ensure your safety and to comply with current government guidelines, we will have the following measures in place for visitors:
Temperature scan
Each person visiting the college will have their temperature taken via a no-contact scan. This data will be immediately deleted and not stored, but we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone with a suspected fever.
Masks and Visors
All Consultation meetings will take place in rooms where social distancing can be implemented.
However, all visitors are very welcome to wear masks during their visit should they wish to do so and members of staff who meet with visitors will wear visors.
Hygiene
Hand sanitiser will be available in Reception.
Contact tracing
We will be taking a contact number for all households visiting the college for the purpose of contact tracing. If we are informed of a case of COVID-19 following your consultation meeting, we will inform you immediately.
Personal responsibility
Whilst we will have the above measures in place and will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our visitors, we respectfully ask that you do not visit the college if you are feeling unwell or if there is a suspected case of COVID-19 in your household. If you have to cancel your appointment please contact us as soon as you can and we will be pleased to arrange a meeting with you via Skype or Zoom.
